THE LOWER 20S BELOW IN SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TO NEAR ZERO IN
SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS IN THE 30S BELOW ZERO
ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA...THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN
PRAIRIES...AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA.
