Weather Summary for the Midsouth

Daytime temperatures will average around 10 degrees above normal
through Saturday, under a strong upper level high pressure ridge.
This upper ridge will lift east of the area by Saturday, in advance
of a deep upper level low pressure system.

Increased humidity late Saturday and Sunday will result in mild low
temperatures Sunday morning. Numerous showers and thunderstorms are
forecast for Sunday and Monday.

Rain will exit the Midsouth by Tuesday morning, as much cooler and
drier air arrives. By Wednesday, high temperatures will average 10
to 15 degrees below normal. Areas of morning frost will be possible
mid to late next week.
