Including the cities of Sulphur Springs, Terrell, Kaufman,
Forney, Canton, Grand Saline, Wills Point, Van, Edgewood, Emory,
East Tawakoni, Point, Waxahachie, Ennis, Midlothian, Athens,
Gun Barrel City, Corsicana, Teague, Fairfield, Wortham,
Palestine, Killeen, Temple, Fort Hood, Marlin, Mexia, Groesbeck,
Buffalo, Centerville, Jewett, Normangee, Oakwood, Cameron,
Rockdale, Hearne, Franklin, and Calvert

...Winter precipitation has ended but icy roads and hazardous
travel will still be possible this afternoon through Wednesday
Morning along with very cold temperatures...

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED...Southeast of a line from Sulphur Springs to
  Waxahachie to Cameron.

* TIMING...This afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel will remain hazardous in spots since
  temperatures will remain below freezing until Wednesday

* TEMPERATURES...Temperatures will only warm into the 20s this
  afternoon and fall between 8 and 12 degrees overnight through
  Wednesday morning. Temperatures will warm above freezing
  Wednesday afternoon.

The possibility of hazardous and disruptive travel conditions will
continue through Wednesday morning. In addition to planning for
possible delays and alternate travel plans, preparations should
also be made to protect the things most vulnerable during
unseasonably cold weather: including pets, pipes, plants, and of
