  TRACKING STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR EL
  DORADO TO 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DOUGLASS TO NEAR ARKANSAS CITY...AND
  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

WIND GUSTS 40 TO 50 MPH AND TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THIS LINE OF STORMS.
