  *Local roadway flooding possible in areas of poor or clogged
   drainage
  *Minor travel delays due to slick roads

  *High

.Timing and Strength...
  *Later today through Saturday night
    *Half an inch to an inch of rain for the Valley. Up to 4
     inches of rain over the mountains
    *Snow levels will be initially over 8500 feet, then lower
     below pass levels Saturday evening. For roads that are still
     open, pass levels will likely see only limited amounts of
     snow

  *Additional weather systems possible toward the middle of next
   week
