...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Mississippi River Near Fort Ripley AFFECTING Morrison and Crow Wing
  Counties

.Heavy rainfall late last week and over this past weekend has resulted in river
 rises in the Mississippi River Basin. The Mississippi River at Fort Ripley
 is forecast to rise to flood stage tonight and remain above flood stage through
 Monday morning. Dry conditions are forecast through Friday. Additional rainfall
 is possible this weekend, which could contribute to continued flooding early
 next week.

...Flood Warning now in effect until Monday afternoon...The Flood
Warning continues for
  The Mississippi River Near Fort Ripley.
* At  9:00 AM Wednesday the stage was 9.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to
  rise to near 10.3 feet by Friday morning.the river will fall below
  flood stage by early Monday morning.
* At 11.0 feet...This will cause minor flooding of rural areas near
  Fort Ripley.

This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.7 feet on Jun 15 2005.
