Bigfork, Hibbing, Two Harbors, Silver Bay, Grand Marais, Walker,
Grand Rapids, Pine River, Brainerd, Hill City, Aitkin, Duluth,
Pine City, Hinckley, Superior, Washburn, Bayfield, Ashland,

The combination of a very cold air mass, clear skies and light
winds will allow temperatures to plummet overnight. Low
temperatures are forecast to range from 20 to 30 below zero for
much of northern Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin, with warmer
areas near Lake Superior. Winds and clouds will begin to increase
overnight ahead of the snow that will move in on Sunday, but this
will also cause temperatures to warm, and the coldest temperatures
will be found around midnight. Wind chill values may briefly drop
to 35 below zero between 10PM and 2 AM, depending on your

dress in layers. Make sure to wear a hat and gloves. Frostbite can
occur in less than 30 minutes if precautions are not taken.
