...The morning observed Haines indices were 6 (High) at Bismarck, 5
(Moderate) at Aberdeen, and 4 (Low) at International Falls...

.DISCUSSION...

Looking at consistently warmer weather over the next several days
and into next week with dailyl highs upper 60s to upper 70s to. day
through Sunday.  This will allow for afternoon minimum RH values to
drop into the upper 20s to upper 30s percent range today through
Sunday.

North winds today will be in the 10 to 18 mph range today and a bit
higher on Friday with north winds in the 15 to 25 mph sustained
range and gusts 30 mph or so in the Red River valley.  There will be
a chance for showers or a thunderstorm east of the Red River valley
thru northwest and central MN Friday.  But rain amounts spotty and
light.
