THIS TIME OF YEAR. TEMPERATURES AT 800AM RANGED FROM THE UPPER
40S IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA WITH LOWER 20S IN THE FAR NORTHWEST.

A COLD FRONT WILL BRING A WINTRY MIX OF RAIN...SLEET AND
SNOW... A SWATH OF GENERALLY 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED
TO STRETCH FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO NORTHEAST MINNESOTA
STARTING THIS AFTERNOON AND PERSISTING...THROUGH TONIGHT IN THE NORTHEAST.
THE SNOW WILL LINGER IN THE MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD THROUGH WEDNESDAY
MORNING.

STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THE PASSING COLD FRONT.
AT 1100AM NORTHWEST WINDS WERE GUSTING INTO THE 30S IN THE WESTERN
HALF OF THE STATE. TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE 20S OVER
MINNESOTA THROUGH THE THE AFTERNOON. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL FALL INTO
THE SINGLE DIGITS OVER NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.
