  COUNTY LINE...TO ADEL.
* AT 8:15 PM TUESDAY THE STAGE WAS 13.5 FEET...OR 1.5 FEET BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER MAY BRIEFLY RISE TO FLOOD STAGE EARLY FRIDAY
  MORNING BEFORE STARTING TO FALL.
* IMPACT...AT 15.0 FEET...IN PERRY...FARMLAND FLOODS AND THE WASTE
  WATER TREATMENT FACILITY IS AFFECTED. NEAR ADEL...THE FAIRGROUNDS
  AND GOLF COURSE ARE AFFECTED. NORTHWEST OF ADEL...SPORTSMAN CLUB
