* AT  8:15 PM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 11.6 FEET...OR 3.4 FEET BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER MAY RISE TO FLOOD STAGE EARLY THURSDAY
  MORNING. THE RIVER MAY THEN RISE TO 16.0 FEET...OR 1.0 FEET ABOVE
  FLOOD STAGE...EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. THE RIVER MAY GO BELOW FLOOD
  STAGE EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT  16.0 FEET...180TH LANE WEST OF MINBURN IS AFFECTED BY
