...The National Weather Service in Des Moines has issued a
Hydrologic Outlook for potential river flooding...for all or
portions of the following rivers in Iowa...North Raccoon River...

  Affecting the following counties in Iowa...Dallas...Greene

.Heavy rainfall since last night may lead to minor flooding along
the North Raccoon River in the Perry area.

This Hydrologic Outlook is based on both observed and forecast
precipitation. The rivers may respond differently than indicated...
if actual precipitation is greater or less than expected.

Later statements...possibly warnings...will be issued as additional
information becomes available.

Outlook information for
  The North Raccoon River near Perry...or From the Greene-Dallas
  County line...to Adel.
* At  9:15 PM Friday the stage was 8.3 feet...or 6.7 feet below Flood
* Flood Stage is 15.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is possible.
* Forecast...the river may rise to Flood Stage midday Sunday. The
  river may then rise to 15.4 feet...or 0.4 feet above Flood
  Stage...Sunday evening. The river may go below Flood Stage late
  Monday evening.
* Impact...At  15.0 feet...In Perry...farmland floods and the waste
  water treatment facility is affected. Near Adel...the fairgrounds
  and golf course are affected. Northwest of Adel...Sportsman Club
  Road and Midland Trail flood.
