* AT 2:00 AM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 17.4 FEET...OR 6.6 FEET BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 24.0 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER MAY RISE TO FLOOD STAGE LATE THIS EVENING. THE
  RIVER MAY THEN RISE TO 24.6 FEET...OR 0.6 FEET ABOVE FLOOD
  STAGE...THURSDAY MORNING. THE RIVER MAY GO BELOW FLOOD STAGE LATE
  THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER MAY BRIEFLY TOUCH FLOOD STAGE THIS EVENING
  BEFORE STARTING TO FALL.
