NWS STORM SURVEY CONFIRMED A BRIEF TORNADO TOUCHDOWN OCCURRED ABOUT 2 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF CARROLL...WITH THE TORNADO ON THE GROUND A VERY SHORT DISTANCE.
PRIMARY DAMAGE WAS TO A MACHINE SHED WHERE A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE SHEET
METAL ROOF WAS REMOVED.  THIS IS CONSISTENT WITH WINDS AROUND 70 MPH...OR
EF-0 DAMAGE.
