SURVEY_SUMMARY: NWS storm survey confirmed a tornado initially touched down about 3 miles
northwest of Carbon.  The tornado then tracked to the east for approximately 11 miles ending
just south of Carl.  Damage along the path consisted of primarily trees damage with some trunks
completely snapped. While difficult to assess, it is likely that the damage path with this
tornado was intermittent. Peak wind speeds were estimated around 80-90 mph - consistent with EF-1
damage.
