...Gusty winds late this afternoon over northern Iowa...

Winds from the east and northeast will continue to be gusty
through late this afternoon into early this evening across parts
of northern Iowa. Winds will be sustained at 20 to 30 mph with
gusts to around 45 mph possible. Motorist traveling on north-
south roads will be most vulnerable to these cross winds making
travel difficult at times.
