* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN CHEROKEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN TEXAS...
  SOUTHERN SMITH COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 604 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN WITH
  ANOTHER TWO INCHES POSSIBLE ACROSS SOME AREAS OVER THE NEXT
  COUPLE HOURS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TYLER...JACKSONVILLE...WHITEHOUSE...BULLARD...TROUP...ARP...
  MOUNT SELMAN...REESE...MIXON...NEW SUMMERFIELD...NOONDAY...
  NEW CHAPEL HILL...GALLATIN...CUNEY...CONCORD AND TEASELVILLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
