.DISCUSSION...A frontal system will bring clouds and a little rain
later tonight and Monday. The mountains will become obscured
Monday.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.

.MONDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. Rain and snow likely, especially in the
                    afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......60 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 45.
Surface winds.......Southwest winds 3 to 7 mph.
Pcpn amount.........0.15 inches.
Ceiling (kft).......Ceilings are expected to lower to 2000-3000
                    feet in the morning with multiple layers above
                    that. The higher terrain will become obscured
                    in the morning.
Visibility (sm).....6+ miles near the surface at low elevations
                    but visibilities will be reduced to 3 miles or
                    lower over the higher terrain which will be in
                    the clouds.
