THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NEVADA...NORTH
CENTRAL NEVADA...NORTHEAST NEVADA...NORTHWEST NEVADA AND SOUTH
CENTRAL NEVADA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

FREEZING FOG WILL CONTINUE IN THE VALLEYS OF NORTHERN AND EASTERN
NEVADA TODAY. THERE IS SOME LIGHT SNOW PRECIPITATING FROM THE FOG
BANK OR LOW STRATUS CLOUDS. LITTLE ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

BEGINNING EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING, THERE WILL BE A SERIES OF
STORM SYSTEMS TO AFFECT THE GREAT BASIN BRINGING RAIN AND SNOW TO
THE AREA. WEDNESDAY MAY BE MOSTLY RAIN FOR THE VALLEYS THEN AS THE
TRANSITION OCCURS, IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET BETWEEN 3 AND 6 INCHES
OF SNOW IN THE VALLEYS BETWEEN WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY
EVENING ACROSS MOST OF THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL NEVADA, WITH
LESSER AMOUNTS ACROSS HUMBOLDT COUNTY. THERE COULD BE A BREAK THUR
NIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY BEFORE ANOTHER WAVE MOVES IN, BRINGING
MORE SNOW FOR THE WEEKEND.
