This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Elevated fire weather conditions are ongoing this afternoon,
mainly east of the Mississippi River. Gusty northwest winds will
diminish by early evening, ending the fire danger threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected again on Sunday
in northeast Mississippi, due to a combination of low relative
humidity values and low 10 hour fuel moisture.

In addition, there is a slight risk for severe thunderstorms
across the Mid-South Tuesday night and Wednesday.
