Scattered showers will continue across the lowlands of Southern
New Mexico and Far West Texas through 4PM. Some of these showers
will contain ice pellets with the strongest showers expected to
enter into Southern El Paso in the next half hour. Rainfall
amounts are expected to be less than a tenth of an inch. Wind
gusts over 60 mph are also expected through the remainder of the
afternoon as the storm system exits the area. Travelers should
use caution, especially on north-south highways and those with
high profile vehicles.

Scattered showers will continue to fall across the Gila region
through 4PM. Light to moderate snow is expected to fall with
visibilities reduced under a mile at times. Additional snowfall
amounts of up to 2 inches are possible. Rain is expected at
elevations under 5500 feet. Winds gusts over 40 mph are also
possible across the region which could cause some travel problems
for high profile vehicles and possible create areas of blowing
snow in the highest elevations.

Light to moderate snow showers will continue across the Sacramento
Mountains through 4PM. Additional snowfall amounts of up to 2
inches are possible. Snow is expected to gradually taper off
through the late afternoon and evening hours. Wind gusts will be
increasing to over 60 mph at times which could create areas of
blowing snow and cause travel problems for high profile vehicles.
