.NOW...
AT 515 PM MDT...A FEW SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE
DEVELOPING ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO. THE
STRONGEST CELL WAS LOCATED 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAS CRUCES AND
WAS MOVING SOUTH AT AROUND 12 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE BRIEF
PERIODS OF MODERATE RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS OF 35 TO 40 MPH.
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION IN
THE NEXT FEW HOURS AS A RESULT OF OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES THAT WERE
CREATED BY EARLIER STORMS.
