MORNING WITH WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES ACROSS THE REGION 1 MILE OR
LESS. VISIBILITY MAY DROP TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS AT TIMES THROUGH THE
REMAINDER OF THE PRE-DAWN HOURS. FOG IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY DIMINISH A
FEW HOURS AFTER SUNRISE.

VISIBILITIES MAY CHANGE RAPIDLY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME ON AREA
ROADWAYS. IF OUT DRIVING THIS MORNING...REMEMBER TO SLOW DOWN AND
LEAVE PLENTY OF SPACE BETWEEN YOU AND THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU AND USE
YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
