FOR TODAY...PLAN ON SCATTERED SHOWERS THIS MORNING ACROSS EASTERN
IOWA...THEN A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND STORMS ACROSS THE
ENTIRE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. WITH CLOUDS HANGING AROUND...HIGH
