OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA PRIOR TO THE MIDNIGHT HOUR...AND THEN
ONCE AGAIN AFTER 3 IN THE MORNING. RAINFALL TOTALS IN EXCESS OF
ONE INCH WERE COMMON ACROSS PORTIONS OF
CUSTER...GARFIELD...WHEELER...AND HOLT COUNTIES...WITH AS MUCH AS
2.09 INCHES OF RAIN FALLING IN THE CITY BROKEN BOW. ELSEWHERE
ACROSS THE REGION...SKIES WERE GENERALLY CLEAR TO MOSTLY
CLEAR...WITH PATCHY MORNING FOG IN SOME OF THE VALLEY`S NEAR
SUNRISE. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID 60S ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA...TO THE LOW 50S OVER THE EASTERN PANHANDLE.
WINDS WERE GENERALLY FROM THE NORTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MILES PER HOUR.

TODAY...DESPITE ISOLATED MORNING SHOWERS AND CLOUD COVER ACROSS
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...SKIES ACROSS THE REST OF THE
REGION WILL BE SUNNY TO MOSTLY SUNNY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE
FROM THE UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...MID
80S OVER THE SANDHILLS...TO THE UPPER 80S TO NEAR 90 DEGREES OVER
THE EASTERN PANHANDLE AND SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA. WINDS WILL BE
FROM THE NORTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MILES PER HOUR DURING THE MORNING
HOURS...BEFORE TURNING TO THE NORTH NEAR THE NOON HOUR.
