...NO UNNECESSARY TRAVEL FOR ALL COUNTY ROADS IN GOSHEN COUNTY
WYOMING...

THIS MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF GOSHEN COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS.

ALL MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO AVOID ALL UNNECESSARY TRAVEL ON DIRT
COUNTY ROADS IN GOSHEN COUNTY. DUE TO RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL AND
UPSTREAM WATER RELEASES FROM GRAYROCKS RESERVOIR...MODERATE TO
SEVERE FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG THE LARAMIE RIVER NEAR FORT
LARAMIE. NUMEROUS COUNTY ROADS HAVE BEEN WASHED OUT OR ARE
IMPASSABLE. GRAYROCKS ROAD IS CLOSED DUE TO 1 TO 2 FEET OF WATER
GOING OVER THE ROADWAY. IF YOU ENCOUNTER WATER ON ROADS...TURN
AROUND...DONT DROWN. THE WATER MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR
VEHICLE TO CROSS SAFELY.
