REGIONAL WEATHER SYNOPSIS

304 PM CST SAT DEC 20 2014 /204 PM MST SAT DEC 20 2014/

A VERY MOIST LOW LEVEL AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE OVER EASTERN
SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL LEAD TO AN
ABUNDANCE OF LOW CLOUDS AND FOG ONCE AGAIN. BY SUNDAY
EVENING...LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO THE WESTERN DAKOTAS...THEN
MOVE INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA AND IOWA BY MONDAY NIGHT. THIS SYSTEM
WILL SPREAD A MIX OF PRECIPITATION ACROSS THE AREA SUNDAY
EVENING...EVENTUALLY CHANGING TO SNOW BY MONDAY MORNING. GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THIS SYSTEM AS WELL.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE 20S. HIGHS ON SUNDAY WILL RISE
INTO THE 30S...ALTHOUGH SOME LOW 40S ARE POSSIBLE OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
