A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY REMAINS STALLED ACROSS THE DAKOTAS THIS
MORNING...WITH COLD AIR CENTERED OVER EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
WESTERN MINNESOTA. AS THE BOUNDARY MAKES A SLOW PUSH
EASTWARDS...THIS WILL GENERATE INCREASED CLOUDS AND POCKETS OF
FLURRIES AND VERY LIGHT SNOW. A WEAK SYSTEM DROPS OUT OF CANADA
TONIGHT...ALLOWING FOR MORE WIDESPREAD LIGHT SNOW WITH
ACCUMULATIONS AROUND AN INCH OR LESS DURING THE DAY WEDNESDAY.

HIGH TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION WILL RANGE BETWEEN TEENS IN
EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA...TO THE MID 30S WEST
RIVER. LOWS WILL RANGE FROM NEAR ZERO IN WESTERN MINNESOTA TO THE
MID 20S WEST RIVER.
