.SYNOPSIS...AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE AREA AND COLDER
TEMPERATURES MOVE IN...RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO A WINTRY MIX OF
FREEZING RAIN THEN SLEET DURING THE MORNING HOURS.  PRECIPITATION
SHOULD CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW DURING THE AFTERNOON...BEFORE ENDING
LATE IN THE DAY. LIGHT SNOW...SLEET AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS ARE
EXPECTED.  MUCH COLDER AIR WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE IN TONIGHT WITH
LOWS FALLING INTO THE TEENS AND LOW 20S.
