EXPECTED TO SLOWLY MOVE EASTWARD INTO ILLINOIS...UPPER MICHIGAN
AND ACROSS MOST OF WISCONSIN TONIGHT. THE RAIN MAY BE MIXED WITH OR
CHANGE TO SNOW LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING ACROSS FAR NORTHERN
WISCONSIN AND UPPER MICHIGAN. A SLUSHY INCH OR TWO OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE
ACROSS FAR NORTHERN WISCONSIN BY THURSDAY MORNING...WITH HIGHER
AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN.

THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. THE RAIN MAY STILL BE
MIXED WITH SNOW ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN. THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE ENTIRE REGION ON THURSDAY. LOW TEMPERATURES
TONIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO DROP INTO THE 30S TO AROUND 40. HIGHS ON
THURSDAY WILL BE IN THE 40S NORTH...AND IN THE 50S TO AROUND 60
SOUTH.
