The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Cuyahoga County in northeastern Ohio...
  Northern Summit County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 900 PM EDT

* At 601 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area. One to one and a half inches of rain has
  already fallen over western portions of Cuyahoga County.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cleveland, Parma, Lakewood, Strongsville, Westlake, North Royalton,
  Solon, Hudson, Twinsburg, Warrensville Heights, Macedonia, Highland
  Hills, North Olmsted, Garfield Heights, Shaker Heights, Maple
  Heights, Parma Heights, Rocky River, Broadview Heights and Brook
  Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
