THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM HARBOR BEACH TO PORT HURON MI...

AT 1116 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS AND SMALL
HAIL. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16
NM EAST OF SEBEWAING TO 15 NM WEST OF PORT SANILAC TO 19 NM WEST OF
LEXINGTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  RICHMONDVILLE AROUND 1145 PM EDT.
  HARBOR BEACH AND PORT SANILAC AROUND 1200 AM EDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS INCLUDE WHITE ROCK
AND RICHMONDVILLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

THIS LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 30
KNOTS...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE
WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THESE STORMS REACH THE
