The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana  has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Allen County in northeastern Indiana...
  Northern Huntington County in northeastern Indiana...

* Until 1045 PM EDT

* At 748 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding from heavy
  rain in northern Huntington county with water over 1000N road. Up
  to two inches of rain have already fallen with additional rain
  through 9 PM EDT.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Fort Wayne, Huntington, New Haven, Monroeville, Aboite, Roanoke,
  Nine Mile, Goblesville, Bracken, Hessen Cassel, Zulu, Maples,
  Bippus, Mahon, Tillman, Rolling Hills and Townley.

Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is possible...especially across
southern Allen county. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
