SOUTHEASTERN PAULDING...VAN WERT...PUTNAM AND ALLEN COUNTIES...

AT 153 PM EDT...A GROUP OF STRONG...SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
EXTENDED FROM NEAR DECATUR INDIANA TO VAN
WERT...DELPHOS...GROVER...AND KALIDA OHIO. THESE STORMS WERE SLOWLY
MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH AND HALF INCH HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS AS WELL AS TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES MAY OCCUR WITH THE STORMS THAT
REMAIN STATIONARY.

SHAWNEE...PAULDING...SPENCERVILLE...COLUMBUS GROVE...LEIPSIC...
ELIDA...KALIDA...PANDORA...CONTINENTAL...CONVOY...GLANDORF...
OTTOVILLE...OHIO CITY AND OAKWOOD.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 75 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 119 AND 140.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY CAUSE
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.
