STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES WEST OF
MONON TO 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ROYAL CENTER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30
MPH.

WINDS UP TO 40 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND  HEAVY
DOWNPOURS WITH ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE
WITH THESE STORMS.
