...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
  counties, Grundy and Kendall.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads
  and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 314 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that rainfall rates
    had diminished across the advisory area. No new flooding is
    expected, but standing water may continue for the next few
    hours.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Stanton Creek, Nettle Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Morris, Seneca, Newark, Millington and Lisbon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means minor flooding along waterways and other poor
drainage areas is imminent or may already be occurring. Persons in
the advisory area should use caution and avoid flood waters.
