.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidities will be just as dry if not drier than
yesterday, getting as low as 20 percent this afternoon with high
mixing heights increasing to about 7000 ft this afternoon. In
addition, while 20 ft winds will be 12-15 mph, some higher surface
gusts up to 20 to 25 mph are expected. If gusts get slightly
higher than forecast, then an upgrade to a Red Flag Warning is
not out of the question. Skies could be milky for most of the day
from smoke being transported from Canada behind the cold front
that passed overnight.

Winds turn lighter overnight out of the north-northwest, and
remain northerly on Monday at 10-12 mph with gusts remaining less
than 20 mph. Min RH on Monday afternoon drops to around 30
percent, possibly touching the upper 20s.
