A COOL FRONT MOVED SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE DAY
ON THURSDAY. CLOUDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COOL FRONT EXITED INTO
ILLINOIS DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS. HIGH
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 63 DEGREES AT INDEPENDENCE TO 68 DEGREES
AT STERLING ROCKFALLS.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL QUICKLY MOVE ACROSS THE REGION OVERNIGHT WITH
MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES. LOW TEMPERATURES ON FRIDAY MORNING WILL BE IN
THE UPPER 30S ACROSS EASTERN IOWA...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS...AND FAR
NORTHEAST MISSOURI.
