MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND NEAR SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES WERE FOUND
ACROSS THE REGION EARLY MONDAY...AS A WEAK UPPER LEVEL STORM
SYSTEM TRACKED ACROSS THE PLAINS INTO MISSOURI. SOME CLEARING OF
CLOUDS OCCURRED NEAR WATERLOO THIS MORNING...ALLOWING FOR COOLER
TEMPERATURES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOG. OTHERWISE...CLOUDY SKIES
AND NEAR STEADY TEMPERATURES WERE FOUND. MONDAY MORNING
LOWS...RANGED FROM 35 DEGREES IN WATERLOO...TO 49 DEGREES IN MOUNT
PLEASANT AND THE QUAD CITY AIRPORT.

MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES WILL BE FOUND
TODAY...AS ANOTHER WEAK UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM DROPS SOUTH OUT
OF CANADA INTO THE PLAINS. SOME BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS MAY OCCUR
OVER THE REGION TODAY...ALLOWING FOR SOME PEAKS OF SUNSHINE. ANY
BREAK IN THE CLOUDS WILL HELP PUSH TEMPERATURES INTO THE LOWER
60S BY THE AFTERNOON. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF A FEW SCATTERED
SHOWERS DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...WITH RAINFALL
LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH EXPECTED. MONDAY HIGH
TEMPERATURES...WILL BE IN THE UPPER 50S AND LOWER 60S. OVERNIGHT
LOW TEMPERATURES...WILL BE IN THE LOWER 40S.
