High pressure kept the region mostly sunny and dry on Monday.
Temperatures were mainly in the 80s, with highs ranging from 88
degrees at the Quad City Airport to 82 degrees at Independence and
Monticello.

High pressure building across the upper midwest will keep quiet
conditions across the region through Wednesday. Patchy fog is
possible late tonight and early Tuesday, otherwise expect mostly
clear nights and sunny days with the next chance of rain
Wednesday night. Temperatures will be near normal with highs in
the 80s and lows in the 60s.
