STARLIT SKIES SAW TEMPERATURES DROP INTO THE TEENS...WHILE AREAS
THAT WERE BLANKETED BY CLOUD COVER ONLY FELL INTO THE 22 TO 27
DEGREE RANGE.

PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WILL BE SEEN FROM THE QUAD CITIES
SOUTHEASTWARD INTO CENTRAL PORTIONS OF ILLINOIS THIS AFTERNOON...
WHILE CLOUDY SKIES WILL BE THE RULE ELSEWHERE. TEMPERATURES WILL
