DUBUQUE TO 37 DEGREES AT KEOKUK...BURLINGTON...AND FORT MADISON IOWA.

FOR OVERNIGHT THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY MORNING...EXPECT SKIES TO
BECOME PARTLY CLOUDY AND THE BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS TO LIGHTEN
AFTER MIDNIGHT. FRIDAY MORNING LOWS WILL RANGE FROM 13 DEGREES AT
INDEPENDENCE AND DUBUQUE IOWA TO 20 DEGREES AT MEMPHIS MISSOURI
AND KEOKUK IOWA. FOR FRIDAY...EXPECT INCREASING CLOUDS THROUGH THE
DAY AS THE NEXT SNOW PRODUCING SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE AREA FROM
THE SOUTHWEST. HIGHS FRIDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW 20S ACROSS
