.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strengthening high pressure
will continue to expand to the N and NW of the area into tonight,
and then persist through Tue night. The area of high pressure to
the N and NW of the area will weaken Wed into Thu, and then
restrengthen Thu night into Fri night. A weak coastal low
pressure trough will persist through Sat night.
