.DISCUSSION...Upper level high pressure will build over the
area tomorrow and Wednesday with a drying and warming trend
developing. Afternoon temperatures will increase by 5 to 7
degrees by Wednesday. Minimum RHs will be in the lower to mid
20s each afternoon with good to excellent recovery overnight.
Winds will be from the north to northeast at 5 to 10 mph
in the afternoons, then turning to the west and becoming
light late in the overnight hours.
