.DISCUSSION...An upper-level low pressure system offshore will
keep active weather across the region today with widespread rain
this morning turning to rain showers this afternoon. Thursday
afternoon, rain showers will continue, but more isolated in nature.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (80-95 percent). Rain showers through
                    the day.

Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 5 to 8 mph shifting to the
                    southwest around 10 mph in the afternoon.
