SYSTEM FAR SOUTH REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY. LATEST SATELLITE
IMAGERY SHOWS OPEN CELLED CUMULI UPSTREAM OF THE ISLAND CHAIN.
THESE SHOWERS ARE FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS THE SAMOAN ISLANDS

DEVELOPING JUST EAST OF MANU`A ISLANDS...THEN MOVE IT WESTWARD.
WILL MAINTAIN PREVIOUS FORECAST FOR NOW...CONTINUING GENTLE TO
MODERATE EASTERLIES WITH PERIODS OF SHOWERS.

LATEST WAVE WATCH III SHOW A BRIEF INCREASE IN SEAS FRIDAY NIGHT
AS AN EAST SHORT PERIOD SWELL REACH THE FORECAST AREA. ANOTHER
INCREASE IS DEPICTED BY THE MODEL DATA...DUE TO A COMBINATION OF A
NORTH AND A SOUTH SWELL. WINDS ARE ALSO FORECAST TO REMAIN
SLIGHTLY BELOW ADVISORY THRESHOLDS. WILL KEEP MONITORING THE WIND
