THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSONVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL DUVAL COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 845 PM EDT

* AT 754 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING. THIS RAINFALL HAS FALLEN
IN THE MCCOY CREEK AREA AND MCCOY CREEK BLVD MANY EXPERIENCE SOME
FLOODING WEST OF STOCKTON STREET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
