The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Kimble County in west central Texas...

* Until 515 AM CDT

* At 210 AM CDT, Doppler radar showed slow moving thunderstorms with
  very heavy rain over southwestern Kimble County, mainly south of a
  line from Junction to Roosevelt. The thunderstorms were moving
  little and redeveloping over the same area.

* Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches have occurred at scattered
  locations since 1 AM, and up to 2.5 inches about midway between
  Junction and Telegraph, and in the far southwestern part of Kimble

* This heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding in the advisory area
  Highway 377 could have localized flooding, and quick rises are
  possible along parts of the the South Llano River.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Junction, Telegraph, Roosevelt, The Intersection Of I-10
  and U.S 83, South Llano River State Park, US-83 Near The Kerr-
  Kimble County Line and US-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line.

This includes the following low water crossings ...
    Park Road 73 crossing South Llano River...
    US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River...
    US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles North of Telegraph...
    Flatrock Ln. crossing South Llano River...
    CR 150 crossing South Llano River.

Do not drive through these low water crossings or any other
low water crossing with water flowing across the roadway.
