Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
300 PM CST Sun Dec 10 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather should continue across northern Alabama into the
middle of the week. High pressure to our west will control the
general weather situation through Monday. A southwesterly flow
and sunny skies on Monday will result in temperatures rising
into the mid 50s to around 60.

A clipper type system forecast to affect the Great Lakes region
on Monday, will bring a cold front across the region during
Tuesday. Light rain and/or snow is possible Tuesday morning,
just north of the Alabama/Tennessee border of northeast Alabama.
Cooler conditions are forecast for the mid week in the wake of
this system.

Fair dispersion rates on Monday, will become Generally Good to
Good on Tuesday.

Fog potential over the next few days: None at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
