DRY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL THROUGH THE DAY...WITH MINIMUM RH
VALUES DROPPING INTO THE 25 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE ACROSS MUCH
OF THE AREA. 20-FT WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW 15 MPH AND
THE DURATION OF LOW RH VALUES SHOULD REMAIN BELOW 4 HOURS. THE DRY
CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE FOR PORTION OF THE DAY ON SUNDAY...HOWEVER
MOISTURE WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING SYSTEM. THE CHANCE
FOR WIDESPREAD WETTING RAINS WILL INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST LATE
SUNDAY...WITH WIDESPREAD RAIN CONTINUING FOR MUCH OF MONDAY. AT
THE INITIAL ONSET OF PRECIPITATION...A WINTRY MIX IS POSSIBLE AS
