INCHES OF SNOW. SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN ARE ALSO POSSIBLE BY EARLY
MONDAY MORNING FROM THE FINGER LAKES...SOUTHERN TIER...AND
CATSKILLS...INTO NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA. THIS SYSTEM MAY CAUSE
DIFFICULT TRAVEL ESPECIALLY FOR THE MONDAY MORNING COMMUTE.
