WEDNESDAY. SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING MAY OCCUR BETWEEN THE ARKANSAS
RIVER AND THE OKLAHOMA BORDER ANYTIME FROM MIDDAY TUESDAY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING AS MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED
