INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALIZED HEAVY RAIN OVER LAKE LOS
ANGELES...AND WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
EASTERN ANTELOPE VALLEY THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING WILL BE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING BRIEF PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WITH
LOCALIZED FLOODING...SMALL HAIL...GUSTY ERRATIC WINDS...AND
DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
