RAINFALL ACROSS PARTS OF GUAM...ESPECIALLY THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS.

THE VILLAGES OF PITI...SANTA RITA...AGAT...UMATAC AND MERIZO WILL BE
AT RISK FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND STREAMS.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING IS POSSIBLY THIS AFTERNOON.

SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS SPREADING OFFSHORE WILL BRING
VISIBILITIES TO BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO
WATER LIGHTNING.
