RESULT IN VISIBILITIES OF 3 TO 5 MILES IN PLACES. IN A FEW
PLACES...LOCALIZED VISIBILITIES OF LESS THAN A MILE WILL BE
POSSIBLE NEAR RECENTLY PLOWED FIELDS OR AREAS OF EXPOSED DIRT.
MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
